Yoga Cucina Goes Bush Itinerary

 

Kick off your shoes and go barefoot in the rich earth of Byron Bay on a long weekend of mindful yoga, locally grown produce and a palate-dancing curation of local and international wines.

Join us in the beautiful seclusion of 170 acres of pristine organic farmland, deep in the green hills and tropical surrounds of nearby national parks. We’ll roll through twice daily yoga practices with Rebecca Lockyer and Claire Blackwood, swim in the dam, say hello to the chooks and cows, and dig into delicious food prepared by our wonderful chefs.

THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2020

6pm Incoming: Slide out of your kicks, park your wagon and join us at the pool at 7pm for cocktails and canapes.

8pm Fiesta: Mosey up to the table for a feast of sustainably grown produce from local farmers and the best matching wine.


FRIDAY, MARCH 20, 2020

9am Here Comes The Sun: Let the sun shine in with an invigorating yoga session with Claire.

11am Come Together: Slide up to the table for a yummy brunch.

3pm Ticket To Ride: Roll up for a yoga and meditation glide with Bec.

5pm Shaken and Stirred: Roll up your sleeves for a cocktail class.

7pm A Tavola: In the words of American comedian, juggler and writer WC Fields, “I cook with wine, sometimes I even add it to the food”. Dinner time.


SATURDAY, MARCH 21, 2020

9am Love Me Do: Go deep in a heart opening flow with Rebecca.

11am I’ve Got A Feeling: Elbow up to the table for a beautiful brunch.

1pm Free As A Bird: Head into Byron town, wander the surrounds, or lounge by the pool – your time, your rules.

4pm Across The Universe: Get hands down, feet up for a workshop with Claire. Experience not necessary. 

8pm Dig It: Turn on your taste buds for our final feast.


SUNDAY, MARCH 22, 2020

9am Twist and Shout: “Your body is not a temple, it's an amusement park. Enjoy the ride.” ― Anthony Bourdain. Shake it up in a final yoga practice with Rebecca before you hit the road.
