Yoga Cucina Goes Bush

  • Wybalena Organic Farm 789 The Pocket Road The Pocket, NSW, 2483 Australia (map)

Join Yoga Cucina in the Byron Bay hinterlands on a long weekend of mindful yoga, locally grown produce and a palate-dancing curation of local and international wines.

Relax in the beautiful seclusion of 170 acres of pristine organic farmland, deep in the green hills and tropical surrounds of nearby national parks. We’ll roll through twice daily yoga practices with Rebecca Lockyer and Claire Blackwood, swim in the dam, say hello to the chooks and cows, and dig into delicious food prepared by our wonderful chefs.

The Food: We love a table that's loud, messy and liberally scattered with crusty bread and incredible wine. Far from the brown rice and undressed greens of a traditional yoga retreat, our food is made with hands and heart, a celebration of the best seasonal produce and Italian flavours.

The Yoga: We bring a playful approach to the yoga practice that combines a creative and considered flow with Ayurveda and poetry, Taoism and myth. Sequenced to be accessible to people of all levels, expect a multi-sensory experience with plenty of juice.
