Yoga Cucina Au Naturel

  • The Pill Factory 12 Anzac Parade, Bundanoon New South Wales 2578 Australia (map)

Yoga Cucina is getting naked*

Join us as we go nude* in the lush Southern Highlands on a long weekend of delicious yoga, juicy local produce and hand plucked natural wines – February 7-10, 2019.

*The food and wine will be naked, not the people.

Our home for the weekend is the Pill Factory, nestled in the historic village of Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands, just two hours south of Sydney. We’ll kick off our adventure at 6pm Thursday, February 7 with welcome drinks in the library, followed by a feast of the best local produce and a hand-picked selection of our favourite minimal intervention wine. We will slide through languorous yoga sessions with Aly Clarke and Claire Blackwood, get pickled in a workshop with Cornersmith’s Alex Elliott-Howery, and take the time to relax and enjoy.

Who is it for? If you love your yoga practice with a side of shaved fennel and mozzarella salad + a crisp glass of pinot gris you are our people.

The Food: We love a table that's loud, messy and liberally scattered with crusty bread and incredible wine. Far from the brown rice and undressed greens of a traditional yoga retreat, our food is made with hands and heart, a celebration of the best seasonal produce and Italian flavours.

The Yoga: We bring a playful approach to the yoga practice that combines a creative and considered flow infused with Ayurveda and poetry, Taoism and myth. Sequenced to be accessible to people of all levels, expect a multi-sensory experience with plenty of juice.
