Yoga Cucina Goes Barefoot, Byron Bay Itinerary

 

Kick off your shoes and go barefoot in the rich earth of Byron Bay Hinterland on a long weekend of mindful yoga, locally grown produce and a palate-dancing curation of local and international wines.

Join us in the beautiful seclusion of 170 acres of pristine organic farmland, deep in the green hills and tropical surrounds of nearby national parks. We’ll roll through twice daily yoga practices with Claire Blackwood and Sarah Stacey, swim in the magnesium pool, say hello to the chooks and cows, and dig into delicious food prepared by our wonderful chefs.

THE ITINERARY

THURSDAy 11 JULY 2024

5pm: Dive into the weekend with an invigorating yoga flow.

7pm: Freshen up for aperitivo by the pool then join us a tavola for a seasonal feast paired with matching wines.


FRIDAY 12 JULY 2024

9am: Stoke your inner flame with a warming yoga session.

11am: Sidle up to the table for a yummy brunch.

1pm: Pull on your boots for a guided walk around Wybalena Farm.

4.30pm: Relax into a chill flow and yoga nidra session.

7pm: In the words of American comedian, juggler and writer WC Fields, “I cook with wine, sometimes I even add it to the food”. Dinner time.


SATURDAY 13 JULY 2024

9am: Embrace the day with a fluid yoga session.

11am: Slide up to the table for a delicious brunch.

1pm: Learn the ins and outs of nutrition and gut health with Sarah.

4pm: Cultivate strength in an Inversion Masterclass with Claire.

7pm: In the words of American comedian, juggler and writer WC Fields, “I cook with wine, sometimes I even add it to the food”. Dinner time.

SUNDAy 14 JULY 2024

8am: Raise your vibes up in a final yoga practice.

10am: Time to hit the road!
