When: 5pm Friday 14 November 2025 – 10am Sunday 16 November 2025
Where: Bay of Fires Bush Retreat – LOT 3 Reids Road, Binalong Bay, Tasmania. The Bay of Fires Bush Retreat is 2 hours drive from Launceston at the southern entrance of the Bay of Fires, 2 minutes drive to the township of Binalong Bay, and 10 minutes from St Helens, Tasmania.

WHAT TO BRING
Bay of Fires has a relatively mild and temperate climate. Check out the forecast before you pack but here’s what we suggest:
Yoga mat (essential)
Enough yoga clothes for 2 daily sessions
A reusable water bottle/keep cup
Something fancy to wear to our first dinner
Comfortable hang out clothes
Bathers, sun hat, sunscreen, sarong/beach towel
Pyjamas + socks/Uggs
Sneakers and sandals/thongs
Rain coat or umbrella
Allergy, headache and other necessary medication
Bug spray
Anything Else? Earplugs, a book and your phone charger. Your favourite pillow if you’re that way inclined.
