Yoga Cucina Gets Sticky Fingers
Get salty by the wild beaches of the South Coast, NSW on a long weekend of intelligent yoga, pasture fresh feasts and small label, family-owned wines – May 10-13, 2019.
Join us as we shack up for the weekend in a private oasis, a luxe coastal farmhouse flooded with natural light and cathedral high ceilings, surrounded by tropical gardens. For three sandy days we’ll surf through fluid and restorative yoga sessions on the deck, and belly flop into the wide green ocean.
Mosey up to our big outdoor table to dig into ethically sourced, sustainably grown produce from local farmers, and drink the best of biodynamic wine. Be ready to get sticky fingers in a very hands on cooking class, poke around the charming local town, lounge like a lizard by the swimming pool and sunbathe on the deck.
