Yoga Cucina Unplugged Itinerary

 

Join us in the wide open freedom of Southern Tasmania for Yoga Cucina Unplugged, a weekend of nourishing yoga, seasonal produce and exquisite local wines – November 27-29, 2020.

Our home for the weekend sits in tranquil seclusion, held in the space between sea and sky. Architecturally designed, the expansive retreat provides room for the soul to open and the imagination to wander, punctuated by the sounds of local wrens, robins and the occasional Tassie Devil. 

Open to just eight guests, this is an intimate adventure. Twice daily yoga practices with Claire Blackwood will be balanced by time curled up by the fire, dips in the bay, Reiki massage, and feasts of lovingly prepared Italian food by chef Marco Gobbo.    

Here’s what we have in store: 

THE ITINERARY

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2020

5.30pm: Kicks off your slides, park your dirt bike and join us in the yoga hall for an invigorating yoga flow.

7pm: Freshen up for aperitivo followed by a delicious seasonal fiesta, carved and charred from local farms and paired with matching Tasmanian wines.


SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2020

9am: Stoke your inner flame with a warming yoga session.

11am: Sidle up to the table for a yummy brunch.

12pm: Cosy on down with a book or take a dip in the bay before/after your 30 minute Reiki massage.

4pm: Roll into a gentle yoga flow with guided meditation.

7pm: In the words of American comedian, juggler and writer WC Fields, “I cook with wine, sometimes I even add it to the food”. Dinner time.

8am: Get tail down, vibes up in a final yoga practice before you hit the road.
