Join us as we go nude* in the olive groves of the lush Kangaroo Valley on a long weekend of delicious yoga, juicy local produce and hand plucked natural wines – February 7-10, 2019.
*The food and wine will be naked, not the people.
Our home for the weekend is nestled at the base of the Southern Highlands Range, with uninterrupted views of the lush bushland and valley beyond. For three delicious days we’ll slide through languorous yoga sessions in the barn, feast by the fire pit and sip skin-contact wine under the vines. Bring your best bathers to splash in the pool, wander the paddocks to say ciao to the wallabies, and get pickled in a workshop with our very special guest Cornersmith’s Alex Elliott-Howery.
Who is it for? If you love your yoga practice with a side of shaved fennel and mozzarella salad + a crisp glass of pinot gris you are our people.

The Food: We love a table that's loud, messy and liberally scattered with crusty bread and incredible wine. Far from the brown rice and undressed greens of a traditional yoga retreat, our food is made with hands and heart, a celebration of the best seasonal produce and Italian flavours.
The Yoga: We bring a playful approach to the yoga practice that combines a creative and considered flow with Ayurveda and poetry, Taoism and myth. Sequenced to be accessible to people of all levels, expect a multi-sensory experience with plenty of juice.
